Short definition of Great Lechia, that is our ancient Empire of Lechites for beginners and experts
The aim of this article is tidying up knowledge about our Homeland befor so called Christianisation of Poland in very short form. The need of writing this text comes from that in the scope of the last 300 hundred years world and Polish science, under overwhelming "scientific" German and western propaganda, in conscious and organized manner changed the image of Slavic world completely, especially Poles. [1], [2] Even 300 hundred years ago, in Polish and world science, existance of Lechia was an axiom, similarly, as derivation of Polish origins from people like, jak Sarmats, or Wandals. Because form of this text is short, then I wont be able to give accurate proofs on the thesis I put here. Please look for them in other of my articles and movies, especially those from this series: "Irrefutable scientific proofs on…". The need of writing of this short article comes from the fact that many people believie that Empire of Lechites, if existed, then it had to be similar to well-known to us and praised on history lessons criminal and slavery empires: Roman, Persian, German etc. But in meanwhile it was completely different - Lechia was a very positive organism. That is why it is good to know, what were the differences between our Lechia and them, and what it's culture introduced to world's culture. And since not everybody is patient, article will be short, but concise.
Short definition of Great Lechia, that is our ancient Empire of Lechites
In this short article I want to provide as much references to literature, mine and other authors, which would be expanding the individual issues and providing proofs of right of my thesis.
For now I attach for the information only a few links, because not all texts are ready so far, but as time goes by I will add here new valuable informations and that list will become really long…
In order to start our further considerations, I need in the introduction, at least briefly, to define concepts of Great Lechia and Empire of Lechites.
Lechia, which because of its power and cultural impact on whole Eurasia and North Africa, is called sometimes Great Lechia or Empire of Lechites, it is historical, ancient country, or rather, if somebody wants different terminology, congregation of confederated Slavic proto-state tribal organisms.
Those orgasisms, as whole Lechia as well, do not have any equivalents in modern world, and their full description is not available in written sources, so in order to make a satisfying synthesis, we need to look for that in many scattered historical sources.
That is why states, countries or other confederated nations among Lechia Empire, and bit similar to Greek polis, I will be calling in this article (depending on context of course) countries, nations, boroughs (opola), or states indeed.
It is important to notice that greek word polis derives exactly from Slavic tribal organisation, called opole.
It is not a coincidence, because, as I will show later, culture of Greece, Anatoly, Palestine [4], or northern Italy in ancient past was under influence of slavic people.
And Slavic opola, similar to Greek polis, have been small tribal democratic communities and extremely strong family ties.
Those are the most characteristic features of Great Lechia, that is our ancient Empire of Lechites in a brief telegram:
- Huge territory, with the centre within Poland and parts of neighbouring countries,
- In Polish chronicles our annalists have been using mostly word Lechia, but in foreign texts we have been called Hiperborea, Northmen, Scytia, Sarmatia or European Tartaria, and later, residual form, we were known as Lugian Union, Hun Empire, Avars, as White Croatia, Lachs etc. Organisms described with above names were, depending on authors' knowledge, more or less correct with real facts. Names were different but the geographical location, culture and other basic features of this cultural-spiritual-political body were very similar all time, or even exactly the same.
- Time of existance of Great Lechia, is a period starting few thousand years BC up until about 1000 AD. Polish chronicles date Lechia's time from 3-4 thousand years ago. However most recent scientific discoveries made by geneticists, linguists, physical antropologists, religious researchers and historians seem to point that the organised Slavic structures in Danube regions, also between Oder and Vistula and river Elbe are existing there at least from 7 thousand years. [3], [4], [5].
- Basic cultural and organisational reach of Lechia, included area of nowaday Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Belarus, Ukraine, part of Russia, Baltic states and southern Slavic countries. This basic area occupied by Empire of Lechites can be described by the course of border rivers: Rhine, Danube, Dniepr, and even periodically Volga, and seas: Baltic, North Sea, Adriatic Sea, Aegean Sea, and Black Sea.
- Centre of culture, extremely strong but not known to wide audience, but described by scientists, influence on the whole area of Eurasia and North Africa [3], [4]
- Nations and people of Great Lechia were leading and teaching others in agriculture, industry, and social structure. In social awareness Slavs and prePoles are being known mostly as amber traders and maybe sometimes of so called bloomeries. But in meantime they were leading for few thousand years in chemical, quarrying, metallurgical and even ship building industries. In this period Lechia's territory was a Europe's granary.
- Loose, scattered political structure of the whole Empire and its member states, which was changing into closer one only in cases of external dangers[6], [7].
- Commonly ruling system was democracy/gatherings, that was changing into authoritarian system (very rare occasions in totalitarian) only in case and for the time of existance of external dangers[6], [7].
- Unusually positive nature of european Slavic people, being expressed for example, as they were extremely reliable, they had no desire for somebody else's property and in opposition to other cultures they didn't used slavery [9].
- Remarkable sense of freedom, that was causing Lechites to be astounding warriors, a besides of their kindness, they were considered even by the medieval annalists as unvincible.
- Common culture and language, which in the light of newest linguistic discoveries can be boldly called slavic language, or more precisely preslavic language, or prearianoslavic language
- Above features, and especially Lechia's cultural uniformity, caused unique in world's history self-steering of this political body. That self-steering it is a ability to naturally scatter and concentrate strenght and economical, military and population potentials, depending on the situation in the region[6], [7].
- End to Great Lechia empire was caused, visible even in ancient history, but extremely increasing between Slavic people in medieval times, trend to arguments, fights and domestic wars.
- Slavic people and nations confederated under Great Lechia, were called in chronicles differently, such as: Hiperboreans, Northmen, Arians [13], Scyths, Tochars, Agatyrses [12], Neurs, Gelons, Taurs, Budyns, Melanchlaines, Androfags, Massagetes, Sauromates, Sarmates, Sacs, Antes, Veneti, Ilirians, Dacians, Thracians, Lugians, Germans, Vandals, Gets, Goths, Gepids, Alans, Longobards, Hunn, Avars, Sklavens and other similar tribes, which were connected by common language, genotype and culture.
- Language and culture of Great Lechia's nations, who inhabited its center, were changing slowly and smoothly. They were also consistent.
- Nations and tribes of Great Lechia, who inhabited its center, were oases of calmness, peace and democracy [6], [7].
- Nations and tribes of Great Lechia, who inhabited its outskirts were very militaristic with autoritarian rule, because in this way they were protecting their administrative, cultural and population centre of the Empire [6], [7].
- Nations and tribes of Great Lechia for the few thousand years were influencing and creating the culture of neighbouring countries, so that is in Eurasia and North Africa territories. And here they were known mostly as Arians, or Hyksos
- Slavic people however, living outside of Great Lechia, have never been aggressive, and that is why after some time, were assimilated among local people, leaving their cultural achievements for local people. That is what happened with Tokhars, Ujgurs, Phillistynes, Hyksos, Venedians (in area of nowaday Venice and in Brettany, but not in the territory of modern Poland), Phoenician, Achaeans [11], Etruscans, Alans, Vandals (in Africa, because those in Poland survived), Goths, Ostrogoths, Visigoths and Longobards (in Italy).
- The only exception was slavonic-derived nation of Indian Arians, whose distinct, slavic genotype, culture and partially language, because introduction of classes, survived in India until today [8]. Besides, Sanskrit is mostly similar to slavonic languages, especially to Polish.
- Another example of ancient slavonic- derived and lechites-derived tribe, that origin is genetically proved is Tokhar, whose mummies have been found in Taklamakan desert, in Western China [10].
